Refund Policy

Short version: if ChartBackgrounds isn't for you, tell us within 7 days of paying and you get your money back. No questions asked.

7-day full refund

• Email [email protected] within 7 days of any payment, from the email you used at checkout (or include your receipt).
• We refund the full amount to your original payment method. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
• This applies to new purchases and to renewals.

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription anytime at billing.stripe.com (sign in with the email you paid with), or email us and we do it for you. After cancelling, you keep paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

After 7 days

Payments older than 7 days aren't refundable, except where the law requires it. If something is broken and we can't fix it, write to us anyway. We'd rather make it right.
